Alain Chabanon, raised by teachers, initially found vineyard work unappealing, dreaming of raising cattle. After studying agronomy, his encounters with winemakers led him to specialize in oenology. He established a biodynamic vineyard in Montpeyroux, avoiding chemicals and fertilizers. Certified biodynamic since 2011, his wines focus on purity, terroir, and minimal intervention for exceptional quality.
