In 2017, Charles Sparr, an eighth-generation vigneron, and Amelie of the Barmès-Buecher family combined their vineyards to create a domaine. With 30 acres across seven villages, they produce organic and biodynamic wines. Their Alsace Riesling showcases stone fruit and citrus, while their Pinot Noir offers rich aromas and flavors, reflecting a progressive approach to Alsace winemaking.
