The Gambier family, with eight generations of winemaking, is led by Thomas and Denis at their 17-hectare vineyard in Ingrandes de Touraine, Bourgueil AOC. They craft terroir-driven red wines and a rosé highlighting Cabernet Franc. Using clay- limestone soils for slow maturation, they focus on meticulous practices like manual harvesting and barrel aging to produce refined, concentrated wines.
