It was on a family property that the estate's first vines were born. The adventure began in 2010 on a plot of land owned by Dominique Zuria, the last "Pialincu", a man living in the village of Bonifacio and going to work on the "piale", the limestone plateau, on the back of a donkey. Without a doubt, culture of the land is a family affair! Today the plots are distributed around the new cellar and the town of Bonifacio, allowing exploration of various terroirs:
